Cancellation Policy
When you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, I miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and my standby clients miss the chance to receive my services. so there is 30% fee with non chemical services & a $50 cancellation fee for chemical services if a 24 hour notice isn’t given. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing me at salonbestie@yahoo.com or by sending me a ig/fb message.
All services are final. I do not offer refunds. Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. A deposit is used to confirm your appointment. This is to prevent no-shows and to guarantee you an appointment spot.
Remaining balance of service selected must be paid at the appointment.
