Hey there! I’m Melissa Lithila, the proud owner of my salon suite, Salon Bestie, located inside the Blair House in Quincy, IL. I specialize in all things blonde—whether you’re looking for bright, dimensional highlights or that perfect lived-in glow, creating beautiful blondes is my passion. Education is a top priority for me. I’m constantly learning, growing, and staying current with the latest techniques and trends to bring the best results to my clients. I also love diving deep into the science of hair color—it’s my favorite kind of “nerd out” moment! CANCELLATION POLICY
When you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice, I miss out on the opportunity to fill that spot—and my standby clients miss the chance to get in. Because of this, I charge a 100% fee for non-chemical services and a $50 cancellation fee for chemical services if a 24-hour notice isn’t given. This helps cover the loss of wages. All services are final. I do not offer refunds. Deposits are non-refundable—no exceptions. Deposits are used to confirm your appointment, help prevent no-shows, and guarantee your spot. The remaining balance for your selected service is due at the time of your appointment.
